Rationalization is the process of learning new habits, attitudes, habits, beliefs, values, behavior and social roles different from that the person had in the past to fit onto a new status or role that the person may or my not like to have that can happen at any time and may not even involve formal training. * Types of Rationalization 1 . Voluntary Colonization – is process of voluntary learning new roles,values beliefs and habits that the person undergoes to improve his adjustments to his new status or to remold his personality.
